UK for the past 40 years. This anniversary collection is a retrospective
into his career, from the roots of the Sound System culture in the UK,
to the bass music sceneBrother Culture is a symbol of the UK’s music
scene, and this album is a testimony of his musical journey. From Roots
Reggae to Bass Music, this collection is not only Brother Culture
musical journey, but as well the evolution of the Reggae Music scene in
the UK. It’s a symbol of the impact that the West Indian, African and UK
culture have had on the mainstream market and global culture!

Gorda Dubs is a Berlin based musician and producer, that is out to put
the rootsy vibe back into modern productions, blending influences of
dub, cumbia, bass music and hiphop into his very own. style of
reggaetronics.
Alex fka. iLLBiLLY HiTEC toured the world and played all major festivals in Europe and beyond. He
collaborated with artists like Cecile, Zion Train, Dubmatix, SEEED, Dactah Chando, Rob Smith, La Fanfare En Petard, JStar, Lengualerta, No Te Va Gustar, Karamelo Santo, Promoe (Looptroop) and many more…
Now Alex teamed up the Japanese singer Yugo Taguchi, who is currently living in Berlin. Together they started to explore the combination of cumbia and reggae elements into the new genre of cumbia dub. These songs will be produced in a collaboration with Japanese and Latin American artists. The release of a first five track EP is planed for this winter. So stay tuned...
